Lean Cuisine Dinner

You have to eat dinner right? Of course, never skip meals. I get lazy after going to the gym, so I don’t really want to cook at all… the less I have to prep, the better. Pop in a frozen entree and you’re good to go, oh this was 1/25 by the way.

Honestly, I think this dish would have been better if I had not eaten chicken and spinach for four consecutive days prior (see previous post on chucken). Dunno why I chose this particular one, because I had like 3 others in the fridge. But I didn’t realize the damage until it was done. The chicken was moist, but the rice was flavorless… healthy to some degree I guess. Frozen can never substitute homemade, but laziness is just equally hard to cure… so there. Try the lemon grass chicken, its good, if you like an over powering taste of ginger.
